On behalf of the Consolidated School District of New Britain in New Britain, Connecticut, I am pleased to begin a student artwork exchange with our Sister-city in Rastatt, Germany to help strengthen our bond of friendship. The Arts act as a conduit to communicate culture, express emotions, and translate experiences across space and time. What better way to build friendship than through our young people’s voices showcasing their talents. I look forward to bringing our two cities together through the Arts and hope to expand our exchange in the future.
